Meeting Schedules
Novacoast has a packed schedule during All Hands. It is important to know which meetings you are scheduled to attend. If you are traveling from out of state, travel arrangements will be made to get you to the hotel in time for the meetings. If you are driving in locally from areas in Southern California, be sure you arrive on time. Your meeting may occur before you are able to check into the hotel. Luggage can be stored be stored with the bellman .

Meeting Meals
Novacoast is working with our health insurance provider, Cigna, to bring healthy meal options to All Hands.
Breakfast
Breakfast will include a variety of healthy options along with some traditional favorites.
Lunch
Lunch always have a variety of options, including vegetarian fare.
Breaks
All afternoon meeting breaks will include a healthy option in addition to some sweets. Coffee and other beverages are available throughout the day in the meeting space.
Important Reminders

Be on time.

Dress code for all meetings is smart casual - travel in smart casual seeing as your room will likely not be ready. No faded/torn jeans, t-shirts, flip flops or hoodies allowed in the meeting rooms.

Please no laptops out during presentations.

Be respectful of the presenters and refrain from side conversations.

Only employees are allowed at All Hands lunches. If you are bringing your family to All Hands, please be sure they have other arrangements for daytime meals.

Recycle your meeting badge holder and lanyard. We will be collecting badge holders and lanyards on Friday afternoon at the end of the day.
