Universal Hollywood 2021
Novacoast's All Hands 2021 is moving to Universal Studios, Hollywood, CA. All meetings will take place at the Hilton, Universal City.
The Welcome Table is open during the following hours:

Wednesday, Jan 6 from 10:00AM - 2:00PM
At the Welcome Table you will:

Get your welcome bag complete with snacks and schedules

Check-in and get name badge & personalized schedule

Drop off any equipment to be upgraded

Get your Novacoast clothing and accessory order

Receive your return shuttle information (if flying)
If you arrive before check in time, your luggage can be stored with the bellman. Be sure to travel in smartcasual attire because your meeting will likely start before your room is ready.
Airport Shuttle Service
If you are flying in, ground transportation will be arranged for you by our Travel Department. The hotel does not offer shuttle service.
Transportation FROM the airport TO the Hilton will be via our corporate Uber account. See arrival instructions here.

Breakfast
Weekday breakfast is included for Novacoast employees only. Saturday is open to employees + their guest.
Parking
Self-Parking will be covered for Southern California employees who are driving. Carpools are encouraged.
If you are staying longer or renting a car, you will be responsible for the additional nights of parking and will be charged at the hotel's prevailing daily rates (see below). Novacoast conference attendees will receive a special self parking rate or $24/night*
